Delivery Info

La mayoría de pedidos a España son enviados por Correos en menos de 24 horas desde que recibimos el pedido. Estos tardan en llegar normalmente entre 3 y 7 días. Si se usa cualquier otra compañía se lo haremos saber en los emails de confirmación.

Pedidos de menos de 30€ pueden ser enviados como carta ordinaria, es decir sin seguimiento, si así lo escoge en el “Check Out”. Todos los pedidos de más de 30€ serán enviados certificados para más seguridad. El número de seguimiento será proporcionado en un email indicando que el pedido ha sido enviado.

Los costes de envío son gratuitos en pedidos de más de 75€

Si tiene alguna necesidad especial respecto a su envío: lo quiere más rápido, con firma en el reparto u otros requisitos, póngase en contacto con nosotros antes de pagar por su pedido y trataremos de adaptarnos a sus necesidades.

Most EU deliveries are shipped with Correos within 24h since we receive the order. These usually take around 10-15 days to reach. If we use any other carrier we will let you know in the confirmation emails. Orders with a bill below 30€ can be shipped as a “Standard Postage”, (this means without tracking service) if you choose it at the check out. Please note that at the moment this service is very busy and some parcels are getting delayed due to Covid19 so please if you can’t wait a bit longer than usual use the “Tracked Postage”.

All orders with a bill over 30€ will go with “Tracked Postage” for extra safety. We will provide the tracking number and carrier company in the “Your order has been shipped” email.

Orders with a bill over 150€ will get free shipping costs.

Parcels going outside the EU will be sent using shipment searchers so carriers may vary depending on the weight and the country of destination. All these orders will be sent with tracking number for extra safety unless customer specifically request a standard and cheaper postage. In this case the customer will be responsible for the shipment.
