Creole – Fishers of Man: A gem of deep roots. Here we have a couple of tracks almost never heard before from the legendary Creole. The A-side features “Fishers of Man,” an extended mix that immerses you in the characteristic sound of roots reggae. The vocals flow over the rhythm, creating a hypnotic experience. On the other hand, the B-side brings us “Walls of Jericho,” a vocal cut followed by a synth version recovered from a dubplate. The vocal mixes are the band’s own rough demos, which have fortunately survived to be heard now. These tracks were intended for an album that never materialized. Now presented in an elegant heavy cardboard sleeve at 45 RPM.
